Step 3: Secure all the requirements.
Step 4: Fill-up necessary forms.
Step 5: Pay the fees.

2.) Pre-Membership Orientation Certificate.
3.) Electrical Permit
4.) Certificate of Final Inspection/Completion
5.) Electrical Sketch (1-9 outlets or 4kw below)
6.) Electrical Plan - 10 outlets or kw & above
7.) Application for Temporary Service Connection (for temporary connection only)
